Materials and coatings

Substrate: Ultra-fine-grained carbide (ISO K10/K20 type), strong resistance to chip adhesion.

Coating: Optional uncoated (mirror edge) or PVD coating (such as TiB2) to reduce the risk of chip accumulation.

Geometric design

Large rake angle (18°~25°): light cutting, reduced burrs.

Sharp edge (R<0.02mm): suitable for finishing (Ra≤0.8μm).

Double-sided edge (some models): improve economic efficiency (such as SEHT1204AFN-AL).

Applicable machine tools

CNC lathes, turning and milling centers, especially suitable for high-speed cutting (VC can reach more than 2000m/min).
